Since when do you have to appologize for discussing something?

In that article I was mentioning he was speaking of HIIT really. The idea that the post exercise fat burning effect is much greater than what you could hope to burn off in one "session" on traditional steady state cardio. More muscle acts in much the same way. When you are sitting around doing nothing, or doing simple things, guess what the preffered fuel is. You guessed it, fat. More muscle means more fat burned.

Now I don't really believe in the whole bulking and cutting mentality as it applies to pros. However a lot of us tell people to concentrate on putting on mass at the get go because that base of muscle will make it easier to drop whatever fat has acculmulated. Maybe not the answer for everyone but there is some sense in it.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
