Well one of the perks is that you can take a lot less of it than mono and still get great results. Even though it is a little more expensive the lower dose makes it still an affordable choice for people who want something more convenient that mono or perhaps have some problems with it. Basically people seem to do well with the recommended dosages. Maybe only half is reaching the blood but half must be enough.

The muscles can only hold so much creatine. Once you reach the saturation point it doesn't take very large dosages to maintain it. All the extra in the world won't increase the amount you can get in the muscle at that point.

But I'm just regurgitating on CEE. Others who actually have used it I'm sure will weigh in. From what I've seen most labels don't recommend higher than UP TO 5 grams a day but usually around 3 grams is the baseline recommendation. Now if anyone would benefit from recommeding more, it would be the people selling it
