I was actually looking back at the handful of programs I've done and I'd say I've gotten the most bang for my buck doing 5x5/1x5 based programs. OVT and HST gave good mass results but thats about it. DF 5x5 and DFHT have given me the best results strength AND mass wise IMO and they have a big "strength" component (DF's Intensity Phase and DFHT's 'ME' Days).
