This is a very easy and tasty Tuna recipe:

one can of tuna
chopped green pepper & onion
a little garlic powder
cover and put in fridge for 1 hour

add 1 egg white and bread crumbs ( mix together)

heat a little olive oil in fying pan
make patties with tuna mix
