Doin Legs today. Have had all my meals including the tuna tacos which were pretty decent. Hope to weigh in at 143 today, not sure if i can do that though since ive been on the lake the past 2 days. Drinkin plenty of water but i bet it doesnt help bein in the sun for a while.
Will post back later tonight, since i have nothing better to do with my life at the moment

Not bad again I think. Less carbs tomorrow though if i can. I was pretty hungry today after some meals so I ate some triscuits. that's why they are higher than protein by that much today.
Leg workout went pretty well today. Upped the weight on the sets so I did less reps.
WEIGHT: 142.5ish up 1.5 lbs from monday
Can't wait to do the ab exercises tomorrow. Gonna do decline crunches 3 sets of 10, then knee ups, 3 sets of 10, then ab machine 2 sets of 4middle 4 left 4 right.
