I know how it is to get into that kind of routine, I used to always go home and take a nap before going to the gym. IMO it hurt more then it helped. i would always be tired in the gym, and nutrient wise it sucked, i would aways wake up hungry as hell, then down only a protien shake an hit the wieghts.

I dont know if you can change this or not, but if you can, try. also how long have you been running the same routine?
