- Used light bands. Really fast reps.
Banded Speed Deadlifts: 365 x [6 x 1]
- Doubled light bands around bottom of cage. Tons of tension on the top end. Very fast.
DB Swings [100 x 3 x 12] ss w/ Weighted Hypers [40 x 2 x 10]
Banded Abs Pulldowns: 3 x 20
- Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12
