id guess im about 20-25% bf. but idk. im eating alright id say. im not going for the bodybuilder look, im more of a powerlifter, cuz im putting my muscules to use as a lineman. so i need the weight. the only thing special i do as far as diet is i drink a protein shake after my lifting. other then that its normal meals ( no thirds at supper) with snacks in between, like a turkey sandwitch at 4 and/or 8 or something like that. as far as the cleans/rows/squats i think im doing a decent amout of them. cleans i do 5X10 at 135-140 depending on what ive done already that day. twice a week. and squats i do 5X10 at 225 also twice a week. rows i do seated cable rows, im not sure what the difference is, cuz its vertually the same motion, maybe lower back? i dont mean to come off as some asshole who thinks he knows everything, or some noob, even though i kinda am only 14 months of experince, with huge gain, maybe its cuz im growing still.
