Well my heaviest was 242 while on. I just weight myself and I'm 240 so I think it was just the first shock of going off, because I was down to 235-238.Now I'm back up..
To answer your question..I have cleaned up my diet , since then. More chicken and less red meat hoping to improve my cardiovascular and be ready for summer.
Calories (I haven't counted) but they might be down a couple hundred.
