Sounds good man. Really you didn't miss a week you just added 10 lbs instead of 5 (didn't I warn you about those spreadsheets
). Seems like you had a lot left in you so hopefully your progression should continue like before. I would just add 5 lbs next week and continue on. Glad to hear your feeling so good in the gym.
If it has some unforeseen detriment and it doesn't feel right next week just repeat this weeks weight and don't worry about it at all.
