Hey so anyhow some friends and i are starting to mess around with the idea of training MMA (mixed martial arts) and what not. Anywhow im trying to figure out what would be a good way to work out / excersie during the week to better prep my body for this. Im looking for diffrent cardio lifts and stretches u guys would possibly suggest. I belive ive seen someone talking on here about them doing it. was a while ago i think so anyways i was hoping yall can point me in the right direction. That would be so great
