Also, this is a good approach to getting the best of both worlds when it comes to strength and SE.
I'm going to start a journal using this layout soon. The only reason I haven't' yet is because of work and I have a grappling competition this weekend and I've just been working on endurance for the past 2 weeks. 4 more pounds before I make the 200lbs division. Time to lose the last couple of pounds.
