I don't know much about steriods( always reading and learning) But I hear that D-Bol only isn't very good. (someone here will explain alot better) Milk thistle will protect his liver. And something for a PCT(post cycle treatment) like nolvadex.

One thing for sure,if he wants to gain weight he must eat.
