Hey guys, like its said in the sticky about how to bulk, that glutamine won't mix with the whey protein, cause it will fight with glutamine peptides for absorption. Can it mix with a weight gainer for example muscle milk. Weight gainers contain 50/50 % carbohydrates and protein right??? will creatine mix with it?? thx ok now another question, would it be best for a beginner like me to use water retainning creatine or non-water retainning ??
