Superpump250 is the supplement I use preworkout, post workout I am looking at whey, but haven't bought any.

This workout is after taking a 2 week off from lifting because of pnemonia.

squats (no belt, forgot at house)

Stiff legged deadlifts

standing calf raises
105 x 15
120 x 15
135 x 15

workout took about 1 hour 15 minutes.
