Two quick ways to deal with CEE.
1. Pick up a cap-em-quick kit and make your own caps.
2. use the parachute method. Grap a small sheet of TP or tissue, throw the cee in the middle, twist it up and drop it down your throat.
Personally I like CL lemonade, covers up the taste real well.
For REDSIGN
1. You can just take it pre and post, I would get a gram or two in on non-workout days also.
2. I havent used it but Primaforce is a solid supp company.
