Well creatine is not a steroid nor does it need to be treated like a steroid. Continued use of creatine would keep your muscles saturated so the issue of body production is moot. There is no indication that creatine production will be permanently altered no matter how long you use the sup. So no it does not need to be cycled on and off for that reason.

The only reason you might want to go off of it from time to time is just to be on the safe side. Creatine has beau-coup evidence to support it's use and safety but we don't know long term as far as years. So it might be smart to go off now and again to give your body a break from it but I don't think there is any concreate reason to do it that can be mentioned at this time.

The only other 'sups' I would care to mention at this time is some high gi carbs for your post workout (and perhaps for pre). The gatorade is not too bad buy you really could use more carbs than that and the bread the best choice. In general your better off to avoid solid food for immediately pre. Look into some maltodextrin and dextrose or waxy maize starch.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
