Aight, dont know what good mornings are, I am not limited of doing anything really may not be able to put up 1000 lb to start but my back doesnt limit what i can do just how much.
and really its not that i just lose form, like when the weights to high and you use you back, idk really its kinda hard to explain. Is there a trick to keep your back from going forward??? maybe that might help idk willing to try w/e
Ok but this is another big question along with leg press can squat be replaced??
