Just a few things. I agree the Rippletoe is a great idea.

Don't try it for two months though. Do it for as long as you progress. There is not time limit on beginner and intermediate programs.

And that's the other thing. Everybody please stop saying 'single factor 5x5', it makes no sense and is misleading....plus in bugs the shit out of me. Say 'intermediate 5x5' or I'm gonna start eating nails
