I should've put that in originally. My reasoning for putting the 2 months was to illustrate my point that a split isn't nearly as effective as a full body program, and that his 1 year on a split would be the same as 2 months on Ripps

I know it bugs you lol. But I put single factor 5x5 because I know there are alot of journal's titled 'Single Factor 5x5' so it makes searching the site alot easier.
You could alwasy eat your nails while I'm eating my 45lb plate?
