anything my strenght coach tells me to do on the 2-4 days i go lifting, exept the next 2 weeks for drivers ed... its pretty random actually, its pretty much anything he feels like doing that day (yes, theres a 55 year old man lifting with/outlifting a 16 year old). me and my buddies are just along for the ride. lol.
