Man I felt real strong today. Especially when I saw this big guy struggling with 225lbs.
But anyways I got 2 more days left of the 8-10 then off to 4-6's. I'm already at my max for a few of the exercizes. And right on target for the rest. I kept the CG Rows at the same weight as last time cause the machine jumps up to 240 and I'm not ready for that weight yet. I couldn't find the little 5lb add on they have so I just kept it as is. Plus that was my max in the beginning. Hopefully Fri. I can jump up to 240. I like this program though, in and out in 45min.
