I'm carb cycling and I read some interesting articles on how you can cycle your days. I saw two different weekly cycles that caught my eye. one was:
Monday = No Carb
Tuesday = Low Carb
Wednesday = High Carb
Thursday = No Carb
Friday = Low carb
Saturday = High Carb+
Sunday = Low Carb
And the other was:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday -- no carb days
Tuesday and Saturday -- high carb days
Thursday and Sunday -- low carb days
Which one would you all recommend?
