13+7+4 x 300 R.P. Pulses(+9reps+5lbs)

Shoulders
hammer shoul press
13+7+4 x 200 R.P.(-70lbs) Pulses(different mach them my usual mach)

Tri's
assist dips
13,7,8 x 55lbs S.S.(+4reps)

Back width
hammer pull down mach
12,10,9 x 290 S.S.(+10lbs)

Back Thick
low pully rows
10,8,8 x 240 S.S.(+2reps) +1exrta set of 9 x 210


Well still using my trial membership at the "big gym" as much as I like it don't think I'll join just yet. It's alot more then my gym per month, course I'm only paying $12 per month. I'll just keeping breaking thier leg press mach till they buy a new one....or kick me out
