I just wonna say thank you all for all the help u provide every1 i started weight lifting knoing nothing and my friends dont weight lift cuz there lazy. so i had to get info online i luckily happened to find this forum and i learned alot. i always got discouraged weight lifting cuz lack of knowledge not seeing results but now i have and now im just about on my 4th month of working thats about 3 months and 3 weeks longer than i ever have. kk thank u all again for ur help
