Ephedrine HCL is the better choice, due to more accurate potency and quality as well as minimal sides.
Ephedra in the herbal form in many of the old thermogenics has been known to vary greatly in dosing (which can be problematic) and also has much worse side effects (jitters, anxiety, etc).
Most people tolerate Ephedrine HCL better.
Standard EC stack is 20mg E and 200mg C. Start slow to assess tolerance.
