I'm a 5'9 198lb female. I currently do a split workout doing lower body mon/thurs and upper body tues/fri. For cardio I do Hiit 20 min in the morning tues/wed and fri/sat. On mon and thurs morning I do 30 min elliptical and also I do two a days. In the am I do half of my weight training followed by cardio and then in the evening I do the other half and then Mon and wed I do a cardio class at my gym. The other days out the week I play basketball full court for about 45 min to an hour.
