Cool

Before I started carb cycling I was eating about 125- 160 grams carbs daily. Now on low carb days I eat about 40-70- grams and high carb days I eat about 100-150 grams. I do well with incorporating low carbs in my diet because i'am very carb sensitive and even with me being that active I still don't feel sluggish to where i can't do my cardio and weight training effectively. I usually feel a little sluggish on thurs but I work through it because I up my carbs the next day.
