legs still sore from mondays lift, i guess i need more then 1 shakes in the day.

. knee kinda bugging me i think ill keep taking my calcium supplements. no time for bench or anything, plus i did bench yesterday. maybe i shoulda done lat pulldown or rows or something if i had more time, oh well.
