re: April 21
Well I did bis/tris/shoulders/abs today because I didnt have time for tris or shoulders on tuesday.
Did very well on all of it. I am up to 144 now (up 15 total now). 6 away from 150. Have had 5 meals so far as scheduled.

Currently at 1910 62 196 160 (Cals Fat Carb Prot) through 5 meals
EDIT: 6 meals down at 2474 75 268 199 definately uppin the calories today
EDIT AGAIN: After my 8th meal it will be 2949 86 314 250. Thats a little high on carbs, but i was hungry today inbetween meals or even after them. Friday - Sunday I won't be working out, cept abs on saturday, but I will try and keep the protein up, the fat around 80g, but try and get the carbs down to around 180-230 if i can.
