dont worry about it, just start lifting and eat ALOT. but not real fatty stuff like a stick of butter. you want atleast 150 grams of protien. eat shakes or something before and after your lift. you only really want to gain muscle right? you dont wanna be a fat bastard like me do you? if you eat alot more and dont work out, all that energy will turn to fat, which doesn't help you get jacked.
