Default WIll this be to much, overtraining?

working out the same muscle every other day?
Same routine same lifts every other day?
mond/wens/fri: = chest/arms ; 7+ mile jog
tues/thurs/sat: = back/legs ; 7+ mile jog
sunday= rest muscles ; 7+ mile jog
