HAHA Glad you saw my point. Sometimes people can load up with only a smiley face in the post, but it can still stand for acknowledgement/agreement of a good point made or bumping a thread for noticeability, both I think for those reasons are decent posts. I think your "Subject to Review" rule will work pretty good.
