Cals Fat Carb Prot
too much fat. i ate chickfila for lunch. plenty of protein though, low carbs which was my plan. just alittle more fat than i had intended for the day. but still pretty good day overall, didnt drink as much water as i would have liked, but took my creatine, fishoil, and whey all when intended. just finished my 3 glasses of milk and im headin to sleep.
