60-100 calories a day isn't anything, thats a few minutes of exercise a day or skipping a slice of cheese on your sandwhich.

I suggest reading this article before you buy into Coca Cola's marketing hype: Drink Eviga, Burn Calories, Lose Weight? Not So Fast.
