I will be looking into it the future, perhaps July or so, when I get down to my original ideal weight of 270 (that was my goal starting out). As of right now, the eliptical with its multiple settings for resistance gets the heart rate up and the sweat pouring so I am getting the results I want. Getting the diet in control on the other hand has been a lot tougher to deal with. Working on it though.

I will defiantely pick some of the PW up next order though.
Your on the right track paul, just remember the "H I" (High Intesity)part of HIIT is relative. high intensity means high intesity for YOU. You can by all means do HIIT "sprints" on the eliptical, just make sure your alternating on and off. And only if you feel up to them.
