I didn't see this in the stickies, soo...
I'm increasing in strength so far, and also (this early in the program) probably finding my limits still. In the event that I use too much weight and can only do 4 of the 5 reps in my first set, is it better to keep using the same amount of weight and not get any full sets in, or drop the weight down to where I can?
