i just wanted to say i met my goal of 205lbs bench press and i did it 3 months early.

also you guys should check out my myspace its cool and i have some pics of me. im dressed like 2pac thats why i look so stupid. you can add me as a friend if you if you want. i am a little dissapointed about my arms though they are still not as big as i think they should be for what i lift .
there almost 14 inches flexed ,and about 12.5 not flexed
