Well, i all depends if your lifting weights on the same day. Its always good to do 20-30mins of cardio before lifting do to the fact of warming up. Just make sure your eating protein and watching your weight. Muscle weights a lot more than fat. The cardio your doing isn't a lot to burn muscle.
