I hate to do this, but I'm gonna bump this one... I want to make sure I don't screw anything up. I still feel pain in my knees if they're all the way compressed, not terrible but pain nonetheless. I know that taking a day off isn't good for the routine, but is it a wise idea? Maybe less weight? Don't know how this happened with squats, maybe it didn't, but who knows..
