You would do the Loading for a period of 3-4 weeks and then a deload. Even after week 4 you may be able to continue on for another week of loading and then a deload. Ah ok i wasn't sure if you had to get used to the volume first. Especially when i had just finished 2 SF 5x5 back to back.
