If you are experiencing pain your best bet is probably to back off a little bit to heal up. On the other hand if it is discomfort you can modify your form like Eric and Kane have mentioned and utilize some knee wraps to better protect yourself. Just a thought. Either way take care of yourself and keep up the good work.
