This doesn't make sense to me, how can your Dumbell MP be so high and your bench be so low in comparison. 150 on a Dumbell press is a lot, even 150 DB for bench press is a lot. Did you mean Barbell? If so then it would make sense.
Also, what is the time frame we are looking at from start to current?
