im finally going to start the rippetoes starting program ive been told will be glorious. this is what it'll look like.

lift A
3x5 A2G squat
3x5 bench press
1x5 deadlift
2xfaliure dips

lift B
3x5 A2G squat
3x5 military press
3x5 bent over rows
3xfaliure chin ups

made the changes eric wanted, i think.
