Hmmm...well let's just say, hypothetically, that a person was to go on this 5x5 routine.

1. When, if at all, would it be appropriate to do light cardio?

2. What would be low volume triceps/biceps and abs? 3 sets of 8 for biceps and triceps and 3 sets of 15 for abs?
