For some reason you keep misconstruing things I say and I'm sorry for that. I'm not saying your posts are too complicated I'm just saying the formatting may have mixed me up a bit.
And you haven't seen the full article actually which I was going to talk to you about, since there is a TON of useful info in there and quite frankly it's a lot of new stuff for me and I'm going to go over it with a fine tooth comb and hopefully refine the sticky.

I don't think Eric should have to be walking on egg shells either. Iron, if you post only the cut and pasted "highlights" of some studies that reinforce your opinion without posting the whole study (whether or not it reinforces your argument), its potentially misleading. Eric didn't "jump all over it" trying to "show you up". He's just trying to maintain the integrety of the thread.

People aren't stupid, and I'm sure 95% of this forum can follow along with a whole abstract.

Why do you continue saying this? I've just reread the entire thread and noticed sometimes you don't take into account what Eric posted lol. I admit I'm usually guilty of doing that to others as well, but I can understand some of the frustration. Additionally, I feel #4 is aimed at Eric, but I think Sentinal was the only one who brought up the respecting issue and "knowing your place" along with some other bullshit. Those have all been deleted, so it's obviously not a "cry to arms!"
I'm staying neutral as always. Differences of opinion are great. Just make sure it stays in the thread. Obviously if there's a War that spills in every other thread, then we have a problem LOL!
Realize that neither one of you is going to sway the other, no matter how many abstracts get mounted up. This was intended for the forum to form their own opinions, because the both of you already made yours.

If you guys keep it to the facts without worrying about minding the P's and Q's, that'll serve the purpose of the thread IMHO.
