Making Weight
I just started high school powerlifting this year and have only been to 2 meets so im still a noob lol. My question is, what is the best way to make weight while still retaining as much of my strength as possible? I will need to lose 6-10lbs. for my next competition May 6. I realize im going to have to cut down on my diet but is the steam room a good idea? Btw im not sure on my body fat percentage but im 5'8'' and about 140lbs, almost no fat. Thanks for your help!
