i dont know bf% i would guess between 20-30.
the nutrition part was somewhat helpful.. i need to find some new protein sources which isnt easy since i do not eat fish, seafood or red meat.
but there seems to be differing opinions on which cardio method is better.. wether its HIIT or standard cardio going for 30-60 mins at slightly raised levels..somewhere in the 120-170 bpm i assume.
im not interested in the HIIT. well, i should say my body isnt interested.
