It actually sounds like transient ischemic attack which is like a reacuring stroke. All the symptoms are on the same side of the body, pain, temporary loss of neuromuscular control etc.

Don't let that scare you, at 16 it's highly unlikely. I would however get to a Doctor and have it checked out ASAP. It's not an ER thing but don't put off getting it checked. Keep us posted..
