Well then, got absolutely wasted last night, didnt wake up until 2:30 today. Trying to get my body over it as quick as possible. Drinking mass water and eating meals 2 hours apart for the rest of the day. Eating extremely healthy today. Ah well, it was worth it though in a way. Hopefully will be at almost full strength for tomorrow caus im dyin to lift, i hate days off now.
